Warranty Policy

• All products sold by Remax Online Shop come with full warranties, ensuring that you can make your purchases with confidence.
• If a product has any factory error or factory damage within 7 days of purchase, it will be replaced with a new one.

• For returns within 7 days from specified townships in Yangon and Mandalay, we offer delivery service to pick up the items. For other cities, the user must return the product via bus terminal or Royal Express.
• Upon receiving the ordered items, if the product is incorrect, the color is wrong, or the product is damaged, you must return it in its original packaging to Remax Online Shop, and you will bear the shipping costs.
